How does MiraFAST™ Kids work?

What is the difference between MiraFAST™ Kids & MiraLAX®?
MiraFAST™ Kids and MiraLAX® are both laxative products that work naturally with your body to relieve occasional constipation. However, they have different active ingredients and are indicated for different age groups.
MiraFAST™ Kids is a saline laxative that is designed for quicker, gentle relief. It contains magnesium hydroxide, which provides cramp-free, stimulant-free relief in 30 minutes to 6 hours. It comes in a tasty, mixed berry-flavored soft chew. MiraFAST™ Kids is indicated for children 4 and up and adults.
MiraLAX® is a gentle, osmotic laxative that works to relieve occasional constipation by drawing water into the intestines to soften and ease stool. It contains polyethylene glycol 3350 (PEG), which generally helps to produce a bowel movement in 1 to 3 days. It comes in a powder form that can dissolve in any hot or cold beverage and does not cause harsh side effects such as gas, bloating, cramping or sudden urgency. MiraLAX® is for adults and children 17 years of age and older. For children 16 years of age or under, ask a doctor.

Doses may be taken as a single daily dose, in divided doses or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24-hour period. Do not use for more than 1 week.
