MiraFAST™ and MiraLAX® are both laxative products that work naturally with your body to relieve occasional constipation. However, they have different active ingredients.

MiraFAST™ is a saline laxative that is designed for quicker, gentle relief. It contains magnesium hydroxide, which provides cramp-free, stimulant-free relief in 30 minutes to 6 hours. It comes in a tasty, mixed berry-flavored soft chew.

MiraLAX® is a gentle, osmotic laxative that works to relieve occasional constipation by drawing water into the intestines to soften and ease stool. It contains polyethylene glycol 3350 (PEG), which generally helps to produce a bowel movement in 1 to 3 days. It comes in a powder form that can dissolve in any hot or cold beverage and does not cause harsh side effects such as gas, bloating, cramping or sudden urgency.

Take MiraFAST™ when you need quick relief from occasional constipation. It’s formulated for faster action, working in just 30 minutes to 6 hours—making it ideal for situations where quicker results are necessary—while still providing the gentle relief you are looking for.

Take MiraLAX® if you prefer a more gradual approach to gentle, occasional constipation relief, and prefer a powder form that you can mix into any hot or cold beverage. MiraLAX® generally produces a bowel movement in 1 to 3 days.

There is no recommended time of day to take MiraFAST™. Begin taking MiraFAST™at the first signs of constipation and take as directed until you experience relief. Do not use for more than seven days.

Doses may be taken as a single daily dose, in divided doses or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24-hour period. Do not use for more than seven days.

MiraFAST™ soft chews can be taken once a day. However, stop use and ask a doctor if you need to use a laxative for more than 1 week.

MiraFAST™ generally produces a bowel movement in as little as 30 minutes to 6 hours.

Yes. When used as directed, MiraFAST™ can be used for children ages 4+.

It is not recommended to use MiraFAST™ beyond the labeled expiration date.
